Pittsburgh National Flag Football League Pittsburgh National League Fall Season starts Saturday, August 2nd. Our league is for children 4-14. Our children's ages are 5-13. That's a lot of football.

Welcome to the #1 Rated Flag Football League in Pittsburgh!!! We will be hosting our 19th year (33rd Season) of Coed Flag Football starting August 6th, 2022. There will be 12 teams, and each team will play a total of 10 games. So sign up now so you don't miss out on all the fun.

🚨 TRAINING CAMP CANCELED 🚨

Today’s training camp practice for ages 9-14 has been canceled due to the rain and current grass field conditions. We want to protect the field and allow it time to recover before both groups return on Saturday.

The 8U Division takes center stage this Saturday, August 22nd.

This isn’t just the start of another flag football season. It’s DRAFT DAY.

This is one of the moments that makes our league different. These kids don’t just get assigned to a team; we give them the full draft-day experience.

Hot take for league operators: every flag football league should be running a draft. 🏈

The coaches who win in our league aren't just good coaches. They're good GMs. They're scouts. They come to camp and see the kid nobody else sees.

That's why we draft. It keeps the league balanced, nobody shows up with a stacked roster, and coaches actually have to earn it. And draft day is one of the most exciting days of the whole season for our coaches and families.

20-plus years around flag football, I've never been part of an atmosphere like that. 🏈

The NFL Flag Championships playoffs were electric. You will not find a better flag football atmosphere on the planet. Period.

Our 10U team went at it with out of Arizona in the second round, and it felt like a championship game. We came up short. Then Tucson Turf went and beat the number one seed and made it to the semis. So yeah, we lost to a real one.

🚩"Flag football is soft. It's not real football."

Tackle coaches still say it. Some of them right here in Western Pennsylvania, even though flag is the fastest-growing sport for kids in America, especially for girls, and is about to be in the Olympics. 🥇

Any league can get kids to sign up. Ours gets them to come back years later.

That's what the alumni game is. Players from seasons ago, back on the field for one more run, trash-talking like no time passed at all. You don't come back for a league that was just okay. You come back for the one that meant something.

That's why ours is the Best League on the Planet 🌎

We have to give a shout out to NFL Flag for what they do for these kids at the Championships.

From the second the players check in, it's an experience. They head to the locker room and get their swag bag, two jerseys each, jackets, hats, a bag, the whole thing.

Watching every kid open that up together is a moment by itself. Then NFL Flag puts every team up on stage right at the start, not just the winners, so each player gets to say hi to their family and friends and feel what that stage is like.

Their daughters already play volleyball and softball.
