🎓 NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS | 2026 FUTURE INNOVATORS STEM SCHOLARSHIP**

The Formula Foundation is proud to announce our inaugural **Future Innovators STEM Scholarship**!

We believe education changes lives, and investing in the next generation of leaders changes communities. That's why we're awarding four (4) $2,500 scholarships to outstanding students who are pursuing careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) at a Historically Black College or University (HBCU).

Our goal is simple: to remove financial barriers, recognize excellence, and invest in the future physicians, nurses, engineers, scientists, researchers, computer scientists, and innovators who will shape tomorrow.

Scholarship Award

🏆 Four (4) Scholarships
💰 $2,500 Each
💵 Total Awarded: $10,000

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must:
✅ Be accepted to or currently enrolled full-time at an accredited HBCU.
✅ Be pursuing a STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Nursing, Public Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or another qualifying STEM field).
✅ Demonstrate leadership, character, and a commitment to making a positive impact in their community.

**Educational Information**
• Name of the HBCU you will attend or currently attend
• STEM Major
• Expected Graduation Year
• Current GPA

**Required Attachments**
• Current Resume
• Most Recent Transcript (Official or Unofficial) Must have 3.0
• Proof of HBCU Acceptance or Current Enrollment
• One Letter of Recommendation from a teacher, professor, counselor, employer, coach, or mentor

Required Video Submission (3–5 Minutes)

• Your long-term career goals.
• How this scholarship would impact your educational journey.

We’re proud to reintroduce The Formula Foundation, a game-changing nonprofit built to equip high school seniors with the real-life tools they need to THRIVE in the world.

Who are we?
We’re mentors, educators, and dream builders.
What do we do?
We help teens turn potential into power by teaching business acumen, financial literacy, career readiness, leadership, and personal growth.
Why? Because we believe every student deserves access to knowledge that schools don’t always teach — the kind that builds legacies.

This fall, we’re launching our newest 9-month program — and it’s out of this world. Two Saturdays a month, selected students will connect, learn, grow, and walk away with tools like:
• A driver’s license
• A passport
• A business plan
• Confidence, vision, and a new sense of self

Who can apply?
• High school students entering their senior year
• From Pittsburgh public schools in Allegheny County
• With a household income under $100,000
• Must commit to showing up and leveling up

✨ I’m Finally Doing It! ✨

15 years ago, I wrote this curriculum. 15 years of ideas, passion, and purpose—sitting on the back burner. But this year, I made a promise to myself: I WILL launch my program.

At the end of January, I looked at my goals and said, “No more waiting. I’m launching in Black History Month!” And on the final day of this celebrated month, I’m proud to say—I DID IT! This launch isn’t just about me; it’s about honoring the legacy of resilience, excellence, and progress that Black History Month represents.

So here it is… The Formula Foundation!

What is The Formula Foundation?

The Formula Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping high school seniors with real-world skills to help them thrive after graduation. Our 9-month program focuses on:

✅ Financial Literacy – Teaching students how to manage money, build credit, and invest in their future.
✅ Career Exploration – Helping students discover career paths, build resumes, and prepare for job interviews.
✅ Entrepreneurship – Providing the tools to start a business and build generational wealth.
✅ Life Skills – Covering essentials like obtaining a passport, driver’s license, and professional networking.

We’re officially accepting enrollments until August 1, 2025, and our first cohort kicks off September 1, 2025 – May 2026!
