Hi there, the staff at the shelter named me Boo Boo. I came to the shelter as a stray when some nice folks found me running loose on 9/12/15. I am thinking that surely my owners would come looking for a nice little guy like me, but you never know....

It was Corgi love at first sight when the Queen met 11-year old Beama, a recent arrival at the Battersea Dogs Home that rescues dogs and cats in London. She has been patron of the 155-year-old shelter for nearly six decades, and she visited today to dedicate a new kennel. She and Prince Philip were greeted by a canine "guard of honor," and they were given bags filled with treats and toys for their four Corgis and Dorgis (a Corgi-Dachshund breed)."Gives new meaning to the phrase `doggy bag!'" cracked the always-sharp 93-year-old Prince Philip.
