Hope everyone is staying warm dreaming of Greek Sing! Two weeks ago, our philanthropy chair and one of our overall chairs, visited to learn more about the organization and connect to the community there! Here’s some thoughts from our lovely Emmeline:
Sarah and I met with Jen and Mia at Cancer Bridges who gave us a tour of their space. It had a yoga studio, kitchen, plus lots of spaces for relaxing and chatting. We even met some of the members who were attending a Zentangle arts and crafts session and enjoying each other’s company. It was incredible to witness how strong the community and connection was in the room. I can tell it means a lot to their members. It made me incredibly proud to be representing and supporting them as our Greek Sing philanthropic cause! And thank you to the Greek community for joining in the mission!
