Urgent! Duke will be euthanized on Monday!!! This sweet, lovable and unique boy will be euthanized (premeditated murder) at the shelter he is in if he doesn't find a home!!!
Duke loves people and tested well with other dogs. He is 75lbs and appears to be fairly young. He is unaltered so will need to be neutered. He was either born with his defect or acquired it from a trauma. Either way, it doesn't hinder his ability to enjoy life or give love. He is currently in California, but Project Kena can arrange transport to any of the lower 48 states!
Duke needs a hero and needs one fast. If you are interested in making this fine fellow a part of your family MESSage...do not comment you are interested as it could be missed. Time is not on his side. Also, please share this post. Duke needs to know the world loves him!

We received some sad news. Sweet Sierra, a Project Kena extended pack member, who was adopted by Melodie Watley was diagnosed with a very aggressive bone cancer. Sierra is the love of her family's lives. She is going to enjoy the time she has left with her family and say her goodbyes. Please keep Sierra and her family in your prayers. Too often she hears Happy Memorial Day and has to remind hoomans this day is a solemn day to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
