2026 MBYLI Youth Summit
Today was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
The Mel Blount Youth Leadership Initiative’s Annual Youth Summit brought together young people from across the region for a day filled with opportunity, education, and inspiration. From the Cyber Bus and Virtual Reality experiences to EMS and first responder demonstrations, technology and career workshops, skilled trades exposure, and equestrian activities at the ranch, our goal was simple: expose youth to possibilities and help them envision a bigger future.
None of this is possible without the incredible volunteers, educators, industry professionals, and community partners who invested their time and knowledge into the next generation.
Real impact happens when we give young people access, exposure, and encouragement. Today wasn’t just an event—it was an investment in future leaders, entrepreneurs, first responders, tradesmen, professionals, and difference-makers.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s summit a success. The future is bright, and we’re committed to continuing to pour into the lives of our youth.
