Generation To Generation - G2G

Generation To Generation - G2G G2G is an inter-generational volunteer program that bridges teens and JAA senior community.

Permanently closed.

G2G (Generation to Generation) provides interactive activities for middle school and high school students with the JAA (Jewish Association on Aging) community and residents. We also partner with youth / teen groups that are already established in our area. Through them, we sponsor inter-generational volunteer opportunities that bridge these groups and the JAA.

Meet therapy cat Zelda!

This is Zelda. Zelda is from Animal Friends and is visiting our residents today as part of our Sivitz Hospice program. She's available for adoption but not right this second since she is working her therapy cat magic with our residents. We love her sweet disposition. Considering adopting her or another kitty like her!

G2G's Vice President of the Junior Board Peyton Klein was on the Today Show talking about her other passion, her Global Minds nonprofit she created and formed at Allderdice High School. We are so proud of Peyton and all our G2G teens!

The members of Global Minds, a club at Allderdice High School in Pittsburgh, are welcoming immigrant students with open arms.
