Summer camp starts June 22nd and we cannot wait. 🌞

The Maker's Clubhouse is about to be full of energy, learning, and a whole lot of fun. Our campers are in for a summer they will remember and we are counting down the days right along with them.

What a year it has been.

Our Maker's Clubhouse kids at Lincoln and Faison closed out the school year with a showcase and they showed up and showed out. Watching these young people present what they have learned, built, and become over the year is the whole reason we do this.

Proud is an understatement. 👏🏾

Chefs in the building today! Our kids got hands-on in the kitchen and made pizza from scratch. Cooking teaches math, science, patience, and teamwork, and it also just tastes really good.

We love days like this at The Maker's Clubhouse, a program of The Oasis Project at Bible Center Church.

After school does not have to feel overwhelming. At The Maker's Clubhouse, we make sure our kids have the support they need to show up to class ready and confident. Homework help, a safe space, and people who genuinely care. The Maker's Clubhouse is a program of The Oasis Project at Bible Center Church in Homewood.

What happens when you mix curious kids, engaged dads, and a robotics kit? That right there is everything.

The Maker's Clubhouse team was honored to join Lincoln Elementary for Take Your Father to School Day, bringing hands-on robotics activities that sparked conversation, collaboration, and a whole lot of fun between fathers and their students. We love seeing our community show up for each other like this.

The NFL Draft brought the whole country to Pittsburgh this week, and while PPS was in asynchronous learning mode, The Maker’s Clubhouse made sure nearly 100 K-8th graders had somewhere amazing to be.

Our students spent three days at the WARM Center at Bible Center Church, starting each morning by logging in and completing their assigned PPS work, then spending their afternoons going all in on NFL-themed games and activities provided by APOST.

These kids showed up ready every single day and we could not be more proud of each and every one of them. That is just what our Makers do. 🏈

Today we hosted over 100 kids on campus for Green STEAM Day 2026, and the energy was unlike anything else. From the moment the first group arrived to the last kickball competition of the afternoon, every corner of this campus was alive with curiosity, movement, and learning.

Our kids cycled through stations all day long: robot soccer with SPHERO, Oozy Emerald Goo, Earth's Stratified Layers, Sunflower Dreams and Planter Magic, Prismatic Bubbles, a Super Soaker Showdown, and a plant tasting experience at Oasis Farm where they discovered you can eat every part of a plant. Every single station was designed to make science feel like play, because it should.

Our preschool crew brought the sweetest energy of the day, and watching our youngest learners hold their own alongside older kids was a reminder of why we do this work.

None of today was possible without our incredible community of partners. Thank you for spending the day with us!
