At tonight’s GBM we will be hearing from Pitt Athletics about their marketing internship, and Debbie Good will be coming in to talk about Women in Sports and Events, and the different sports business classes offered here at Pitt. Be there at 7pm in Lawrence 106!

Come out and play in SBA's annual Charity 3v3 Basketball Tournament this Saturday in Bellefield Hall Gym from 2-5! Teams are made of 3-4 players and all proceeds will go to charity! SBA was up and at ‘em this morning to help volunteer at the EQT 10 miler at one of the fluid stations! We had a blast passing out waters and gatorades, as well as encouraging the runners. As much as we love sports and being active...we’re more than happy to sit this one out 😉 We admire you runners! 🏃‍♀️🏃

E-board elections will occur next week! Please submit a short paragraph explaining why you are interested in being on e-board and which positions you are interested in BY TUESDAY, OCTOBER 31st at 11PM! Next Wednesday's meeting will allow time for each interested candidate to provide a brief introduction, including why they would be a good leader before elections are held. Top candidates from the election will receive interviews for the position they are interested in! Good Luck future SBA leaders!

Meeting tonight will feature John Algie, a merger and acquisition attorney from Reed Smith, who has also been involved with Major League Lacrosse as Director of League Operations, GM of the Ohio Machine and a representative to the Player's Council! His experiences range from a broad variety of sports industry careers and will be a great speaker for us tonight. See you at 7 in Lawrence 104!
