ATTENTION ALL PARENTS!

Our good friend is teaching an art camp for any kids/teens who are interested!

🖍 KAWS!: From Street Art to Pop Icons- Summer Camp, Aug 4-8th from 9a- 12pm: Dive into the bold, colorful world of contemporary artist KAWS! In this class, teens will explore his signature style, pop culture and street art influences. Through mixed media techniques, students will use these new skills to create their own work inspired by these pop art influences. Perfect for young artists who love bold lines, playful imagery, and a fresh take on pop art!

Happy Go Skate Day, everyone! After a lot of thinking (and crying) and crunching numbers, we have decided to continue our 501c3 non-profit journey, bringing skateboarding to kids in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. We plan to continue driving our mission and purpose annually until we can see exactly what kind of support is out there to add in more events. We will also be leaving our website behind and managing all inquiries through our social media accounts. We are so grateful for all of your kind words and support, all of your heartfelt messages helped us to get to this decision. Thank you and let’s skate! Love Ian, Kelly and Jenny

Stop out to donate, hang out, and help keep this spot open!

Come out and skate with us on Saturday May 11th starting at 2pm. We’ll be hanging all day, grilling up food and skating some newly built obstacles at the rink. We are accepting cash & Venmo donations that will all go back in to maintaining the rink as well as building new things in the future!!

Our shop hours for this day will be 12-4pm 📻

December 2016 was the beginning of the dream - creating a nonprofit that would provide kids the gift of skateboarding. Over the years we have hosted many events with so many amazing volunteers, we thank you! Sharing our love of skateboarding with so many kids, in the Pittsburgh area, leaving them with the inspiration to keep skating. We thank you for the love and generosity, but today with heavy hearts we announce that Pushin for a Purpose has done it's last kickflip, we are going to say goodbye. Life has gotten so expensive and the growing prices of equipment and insurance has become too much.
We love you all, thank you for the memories❤️
