Concrete materials can be heavy! Protect your back on the job by keeping loads close to your body, lifting with your legs (not your back), avoiding twisting, and asking for help with heavy loads. Once poured, push concrete into place with a shovel or concrete rake instead of lifting. Safe lifting = safer worksites! 💪🦺
