S&T Bank is excited to announce that they have officially launched the S&T Bank Equity in Education Scholarship! This scholarship is designed to assist with the educational financial needs of minority (Black/African American, Hispanic American, Native American, or Asian /Pacific Islander) high school seniors and undergraduate college students as they pursue their post-secondary education in a business or financial services area of education. In addition, scholarship recipients may have an opportunity to gain financial services experience by applying for paid internship with S&T Bank. It is our goal and priority to strengthen and diversify our workforce at S&T Bank.

The S&T Bank Equity in Education scholarship is in addition to our current/existing Employees’ Children Scholarship program and the Smart Start Student Scholarship program. This scholarship provides another opportunity for us to demonstrate our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as well as our commitment to making people our purpose!

Please join us for the Allegheny Commons Earth Month Celebration

When: Saturday, April 8 from 11:30 A.M. - 2:30 P.M.

Where: Allegheny Commons Park (Northside) near Lake Elizabeth

What: Join the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy for a fun-filled day at Allegheny Commons Park as we celebrate Earth Month! Starting at 11:30 AM, we will have larger-than-life lawn games, balloon artists, free food, nature activities, live music, and so much more! We will also be joined by the Y on the Fly, offering even more family-friendly activities. Everything is FREE!

No registration is required to attend the celebration, except the following activities:

Story Hike: Planting a Rainbow - Spring is a time of new growth and color! Celebrate the colors of spring at Allegheny Commons by listening to a read aloud of Planting a Rainbow by Lois Ehlert. Afterwards help create a colorful display on the paths with sidewalk chalk to welcome spring. This program meets at Lake Elizabeth. Register here.
Meet me in the Park - join us outside for some family-friendly activities in Allegheny Commons to celebrate Earth Month. Enjoy nature as we play, create, and explore with simple nature activities! Activities will be located near Lake Elizabeth. Register here.
