On a day in May that somehow feels both yesterday and a lifetime ago, we brought Benjamin to visit Western Pennsylvania School for Blind Children. Today, we returned—honored alongside other contributors at the grand opening of their beautiful new Children’s Garden, a space created for wonder, joy, and inclusion.
It’s hard to describe the emotions that come with moments like this: full circle, bittersweet, sacred.
In the days after Benjamin’s passing, family and friends made donations in his memory to WPSBC. We also directed every monetary gift given to us there because we felt deeply that anything given in Benjamin’s name belonged to something greater. Looking back now, those first acts of generosity quietly planted the seeds for Benjamin Benefit Foundation.
We will never forget the love that carried us in those early days. And we remain endlessly grateful to those who continue to spread light, kindness, and hope in Benjamin’s honor.
The ripples from one little life continue to travel farther than we ever imagined. 💙💫
