Addie is our Social Media, Marketing, & Events Intern and a rising sophomore majoring in marketing at Penn State University.

“I’m incredibly excited to work with Dress for Success Pittsburgh this summer because I truly admire the impact this organization and its staff have on empowering others. It means a lot to be part of something so meaningful. I’ve always had a strong passion for marketing and advertising, and I’m especially looking forward to gaining hands-on experience through this opportunity. This Memorial Day, we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to the United States. Their sacrifice and courage continue to leave a lasting impact across generations.

As we reflect today, we also recognize the strength and resilience of the families, veterans, and service members who carry that legacy forward every day while building brighter futures for themselves and their communities.

Another great MGC Networking event hosted by Merilee Smith!

Congratulations to new MGC member Becky Flaherty for winning the Ulta Beauty raffle basket winner (courtesy of board and MGC member, Melinda Black) and MGC member and volunteer, Katie Gielata for winning the 50/50 raffle and donating her winnings back to support our mission at Dress for Success Pittsburgh!

Very special thanks to MGC Member Merilee Smith for coordinating and hosting this event and for providing top notch charcuterie and event support from Scott, to Katie and Brian for mixing incredible cocktails, to board and MGC member Sunnie Fenk for handling raffle ticket sales, and especially to our esteemed special guest, Samantha Goldberg, for sharing her authentic, vulnerable, and powerful presentation!
