Moonbeam is currently busy pretending he is far too mysterious and handsome to care. Moonbeam is a certified handsome boy with fur so soft it should honestly be illegal. He’s got the most beautiful coloring, including a tail that looks like somebody dipped the top in peaches and then fluffed the underneath with cream-colored clouds. Basically, he is gorgeous. Ridiculously gorgeous. We’re all annoyed about it.

But Moonbeam does have one little quirk: he likes to play hard to get. He can be a little aloof at first. He may not immediately come running to throw himself into your arms and declare his undying love. BUT HERE IS THE CHEAT CODE: PICK HIM UP. Because once Moonbeam is in your arms? Melt.

This boy goes from “Who are you and why are you looking at me?” to “Actually, I have decided this is where I belong. Please continue holding me.” He relaxes into your snuggles, soaks up the affection, and reminds us that sometimes the shy ones just need somebody willing to take that first step. And if you happen to have something with a bell attached to it? Awesome. You have found Moonbeam’s weakness. Bell toys are apparently his absolute passion in life, and he is more than happy to put his mysterious, brooding persona aside for the important business of PLAYING WITH THE JINGLY THING.

Moonbeam also really loves his brother, Sunkist, who isn’t quite ready for adoption yet. So while we would absolutely love to see these boys reunited in a home someday if possible, Moonbeam is ready for someone to give him a chance now. He just needs someone willing to look past that initial aloof little act, scoop him up, and discover the soft, snuggly, ridiculously handsome boy hiding underneath.
Seriously. Get this man outta here.
