Today is the 11th day of August.
BUDDU CHECK DAY. 

I’m serious, reach out! The cost of hope is so small. So often our friends and family struggle silently. There is power in a text message, power in a phone call, power in sending a quote and asking a question.

Make it simple.
Thinking of you today.
How have you been?
I miss hearing your voice.
It’s been too long, I just wanted to reach out.

Please! You know you might save a life. You might plant a seed of hope. You might alter a pathway.

Check on your buddies. . . 3 of them, how about 10? Find a good quote or a funny meme and send it to everybody in your contact list and say I’m thinking about you today.

Thank you Anthony Stough for a wonderful event at the Pittsburgh Energy Innovation Center. It was the first annual Pittsburgh Military Arts Fest. Veterans Helping Veterans reconnected with some people we know and now extended our reach to some new partners.
Many of these partners will be presence at our open house on November 19 from 9:30 AM till 2:00 PM. We hope to see you there.
