A record-breaking Summer Symposium has come to a close!
This year, 14 Sister Thea Bowman Scholars and two alumni gathered at DePaul University for a week of faith formation, academic enrichment, fellowship, and service. From exploring artificial intelligence and the teachings of Pope Leo XIV to reflecting on Sister Thea Bowman's enduring legacy, our Scholars were challenged to grow as faithful Catholic leaders prepared to serve the Church and the world.

We are deeply grateful to Bishop Joseph R. Kopacz of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Jackson, United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration, St Benedict The African, our outstanding faculty, and everyone who helped make this transformative week possible.
