Hello, friends and family – I am organizing MOVE IT once again to raise money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. This is an incredibly worthwhile and personal cause . . . 16 years ago got the diagnosis I can never forget: “You have Parkinson’s Disease.” Just over three years ago, I underwe

nt brain surgery that greatly increased my mobility and minimized my symptoms. Today I consider myself totally blessed to be able to fundraise with gusto! First and foremost, your donation can be made here: https://give.michaeljfox.org/fundraiser/4944010

The second thing you can do is mark your calendar for April 27, 2024, when we will celebrate achieving our goal at the Rose Barn in North Park (more to come). The third thing you can do is join the MOVE IT 100 Day Challenge. This is an “on your honor” effort that you can take to “move it” for 100 days between January 1 and April 27th. You pick the activity that works best for you, and challenge yourself to do it! Luanne Radermacher
