The Pittsburgh (PA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated is proud to support the American Heart Association Heart Walk, and we'd love for YOU to join our team!

On Saturday, September 12, we'll come together to take steps toward a future with healthier hearts, stronger communities, and hope for families impacted by heart disease. Every step we take helps raise awareness and supports lifesaving research, education, and advocacy.

Whether you're walking in honor of a loved one, for your own heart health, or simply because you want to make a difference, your presence matters!

The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association's premiere event for raising funds to save lives from USA's #1 and #5 killers - heart disease and stroke.

Members of the Washington County child welfare community gathered to show appreciation for the hair care kits donated by the Pittsburgh (PA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated.

Children and Youth Director, Jessica Spahr, joined Common Pleas Judges Link Traci McDonald and Jesse Pettit with Dependency Hearing Officers Erin Dickerson and Robert Alsko to receive the gift. Washington Court Administration and Child Welfare workers expressed appreciation for assistance to the many children in foster, kinship and congregate care and many commented on how the gesture fostered awareness.

Proudly representing the Pittsburgh Links were Link Claudette Lewis, Platinum Link Nancy Washington, and Link Traci McDonald.
