The No Parking Players

The No Parking Players No Parking Players is Carnegie Mellon's most awesome improv comedy troupe. We hold open workshops twice a week emphasizing teaching improv to the masses!

The No Parking Players are a student organization founded in 1996, dedicated to the performance and teaching of improvised theatre, with a focus on comedic improv. NPP teaches through its weekly workshops, which focus on development of fundamental improv skills through shortform improv, and performs through it's performing group, which performs biweekly shows around campus, and focuses on the deve

lopment of new improv forms and longform comedic improv. Workshops are a place for beginners and veterans alike to mingle and play alongside each other, while shows put the talents of the groups strongest members on display. NPP prides itself on continually developing its identity by experimenting with new forms and ideas about how improv can be performed. NPP seeks to provide environments which allow for the enrichment of all of its members as performers. Current Board
