What an incredible evening kicking off the journey with the 2027 Cohort of the Pittsburgh Omega Dr. Sylvester Pace HBCU Tour!

We had a great turnout at PNC Park for our very first group social at the Pirates game. I loved the positive energy and it was great seeing our scholars connecting, laughing, and building bonds that will last well beyond the tour.

We are much more than a weeklong tour!

🚨 ATTENTION HBCU TOUR APPLICANTS & FAMILIES 🚨

The final interviews for the Pittsburgh Omega Dr. Sylvester Pace HBCU Tour will be conducted tomorrow, Saturday, July 11th, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Every student (and parent) who applied was emailed their exact interview time.

Crucial Traffic Advisory: Please be aware of the major closures on I-376 East and the Squirrel Hill Tunnel this weekend. If your route utilizes 376 East or any impacted surrounding roads, please plan to leave much earlier than normal.

Important Reminders: This is the final day of interviews for our tour unless we go to our waiting list for those who applied after the deadline. We will proceed tomorrow strictly on schedule. Interviews cannot be rescheduled beyond your selected time. Please double-check your scheduled slot, review the detour link, and plan your travel accordingly. We look forward to seeing you tomorrow!

It's late but not too late.... The application deadline for the Pittsburgh Omega HBCU Tour is tomorrow (June 30th). Our final interviews will take place next Thursday, July 9th and Saturday, July 11th. Our selection process will be finalized by August 1st and then we begin working with this year's cohort of students.
