TransGiving 2025… that’s a wrap.
Today felt like a warm drumbeat in the cold air. Our volunteers showed up with full hearts, our chefs cooked through the night, and our folks came together like only our community can.

We served 450 hot meals this year, with 70 of those meals delivered to unhoused folks and people in recovery. Our biggest TransGiving yet. Every plate carried love, effort, and the kind of care you can’t manufacture.

Deep gratitude to everyone who made today possible:
Voters Matter Fund Pittsburgh Food Justice, High Table Lounge, BLAC and all of our incredible chefs and volunteers.
You held us down in every way.

Thank you to every single person who showed up, supported, or shared a moment with us today. We’re just grateful we could do this for our folks.

🏳️‍⚧️Mutual Aid Suport for Local Trans Organizer📢

Our Founder Saint-Osei(he/him) has been approved and scheduled for top surgery on May 8th, 2 days before his birthday 🥳 After various consultations with different surgeons over 4 years, we are excited for him!!

Saint-Osei needs support securing housing and transportation for recovery as the operation is out of state. He mentions that he has to be there for a week so drains can be removed post-op and his mobility will be limited, therefore the surgeon recommends him staying in Michigan for that following week.
