Join us on Saturday, July 18 for a free testing event at East End Cooperative Ministry! From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., you’ll find us at 6140 Station St. offering testing for HIV, hepatitis C, gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis. The first 20 people tested will receive a $25 gift card! We’ll also have food, drinks and giveaways available. Our friendly staff can answer any questions you might have about your sexual health, and you can get results for HIV, hepatitis C and syphilis testing in less than 20 minutes.

Do you know what the difference is between the hepatitis A, B, and C viruses?

A: Vaccine preventable! Spreads through person-to-person contact or eating contaminated food or drinks.
B: Vaccine preventable! Spreads through infected blood and other bodily fluids or from mother to baby during pregnancy.
C: No vaccine available, but curable! Spreads through infected blood and can also be passed from mother to baby during pregnancy.
