🌟 SEPTEMBER FUNDRAISING EVENT 🌟

September 1–30, 2026

Crawford County Core Community is raising support for a Community Poverty Simulation an interactive experience designed to encourage meaningful conversations about poverty and strengthen our community’s response to families experiencing it.

The simulation will help participants better understand the difficult choices, barriers, and pressures families may face while trying to meet basic needs. It reflects a central Bridges Out of Poverty principle: poverty is more than a lack of money.
Lasting stability also requires resources, supportive relationships, knowledge, opportunities, and connections within the community.

Our goal is to build understanding, reduce judgment, and inspire individuals, churches, businesses, organizations, and community leaders to become involved.

This event will help build the social capital and community partnerships needed to support Crawford County’s first Core Community class in 2027.
Together, we can help families develop resources, form meaningful relationships, and create pathways toward lasting stability.

Every gift helps us prepare Crawford County to respond with greater understanding, collaboration, and hope.

I’m so excited and honored to share that I am the CORE Community Liaison for Crawford County!

I’m looking forward to stepping into this role and becoming more connected with the people, businesses, churches, organizations, and families that make our community so special.

CORE Community is focused on engaging the community in lifting families out of poverty—and I’m excited to be part of that mission. My goal is to build relationships, connect people with resources and opportunities, empower families, and work alongside others to help strengthen our community.

I truly believe that when we work together, we can make a difference.❤️

I’m grateful for this opportunity and excited for all that’s ahead. I can’t wait to get out into Crawford County, meet new people, build meaningful relationships, and see what we can accomplish together!
