Rotary Club of the Sandhills We are the areas only Rotary breakfast club meeting at The Carolina Hotel for an incredible breakfast buffet at 7:00AM every Wednesday.

Chartered on June 22, 1988, the Rotary Club of the Sandhills is one of four Rotary Clubs in Moore County which compose Area 9 of Rotary International's District 7690. The Club's members are actively engaged in many impactful projects in the Sandhills communities. The Highway 15/501 Highway Clean up helps keep our area clean and beautiful. ary to every third grade student in Moore County which is sometimes the child's very first book ever owned. Rotarians Against Hunger-Stop Hunger Now combines member and group participation reconstitutable meals and sundry items for worldwide distribution. There is a strong partnership of support with the local Red Cross Chapter, the Boy Scouts, and the Sandhills Coalition. While not seeking accolades, the Sandhills Rotary Club has a distinguished reputation for being a top supporter of the Rotary Foundation and its program activities. In August 2006, the club garnered the achievement of being the world's forth Triple Crown Club-100% Sustaining Members, 100% Benefactors, and 100% Paul Harris Fellows. Finally, the club has been a recipient of the annual District's Gold Club Award eleven times since the recognition program began in 1998.
