Planning a celebration, meeting, or special event? Holly Springs Center has beautiful, affordable spaces ready for you!

✨ Spaces Available:
• Cafeteria Only – $40/hour
• Cafeteria & Kitchen – $55/hour
• Classroom – $25/hour
• Half-Court Gym – $40/hour
• Ball Field – $45/day
• Sound System – $120/day (security deposit required)
• 75” TV & Podium – $20
• Tables and Chairs available
🕓 For rentals outside of regular business hours (8 AM–6:30 PM Mon–Sat, 1–5 PM Sun), an additional fee will be required to cover an on-site staff member.
💵 $50 security deposit due prior to occupation.

The Greater Pickens Chamber of Commerce, in proud partnership with Hagood Mill Historic Site and Holly Springs Center, invites artisan vendors, food vendors, and heritage craft demonstrators to be part of the Third Annual Pickens Appalachian Folk Festival!

This two-day festival celebrates the traditions, stories, and culture of the Appalachian region with live music, heritage demonstrations, handcrafted goods, and mouthwatering Appalachian cuisine. Thousands of visitors are expected to attend, making this an excellent opportunity to showcase your work and connect with the community.

Vendor Opportunities

We are seeking:

🛠️ Artisan & Craft Vendors – Handmade goods, heritage trades, traditional crafts, and locally sourced products.

🍲 Food Vendors – Appalachian cuisine, local specialties, and festival favorites.

🎨 Demonstrators – Artists and craftspeople who can share heritage skills and Appalachian traditions.

Join us for Part 2 of our Winged Wildlife Habitats & Conservation Series and discover the fascinating world of owls native to Upstate South Carolina! Learn from a master naturalist about owl habitats, behaviors, diets, conservation challenges, and how you can help protect these incredible nighttime hunters.
Then head into the woodshop to build your own Eastern Screech Owl nesting box using pre-cut materials and beginner-friendly instruction. Based on plans from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, your finished owl house will provide a safe habitat for local owls right in your own backyard. 🦉✨
No experience needed — just come ready to learn, build, and make a difference for wildlife!

🎨 Hand Build a Face Jug –May 23, 2026 🎨

Discover the fun and creativity of hand-built pottery in this unique clay workshop! Join instructor Michelle Petty as she teaches you how to create a traditional face jug using the coil method of handbuilding. You’ll learn how to sculpt expressive facial features, attach a handle, and bring your one-of-a-kind piece to life.

After your jug is fired, participants will return during open studio hours to glaze their finished piece.
