Our trailmen participated in the annual spring church grounds cleanup this morning. We camped in the Miracle Bldg overnight and had a massive Nerf War that lasted over 2 hours. Luckily, the rain and storms moved out in time to get some work done.

The Woodlands, and a few of our Ad/Navs, visited the Military History Center of the Carolinas today. We met several local veterans and the boys learned about the military and it's connections to the upstate of SC. A very interesting and educational place to stop, and it's no charge to visit!

The Woodlands Trailmen had a blast at our annual "Camp-in" this weekend. We had dinner, an hour+ long Nerf War, and visited the Clemson Univ. Planetarium this morning. Next year it'll be the WT Nerf War Camp-in. That was by far the biggest event of the evening!

Due to expected severe weather over the next few hours we will not have our regular troop meeting this evening. We'll get back on schedule next week.

Our Nav/Ads are working on fishing boxes for the OCC boxes we'll be helping pack next Wednesday.

We were excited for our Nav/Ads to receive our awards from the Upstate SC Area Trail Junction: The Elements.

We had such a great weekend at the Nav/Ad area trail Junction, The Elements in Mtn. Rest. The weather was perfect, we enjoyed some great competition and fellowship...and we were surprised to learn our trialmen earned the two top prizes! They won for best campsite and won first place for overall troop competitions! So proud of their hard work this weekend, and consistency in working hard at things they'd never done before!

The troop had a family campout and volunteer weekend at Camp McCall. We had BEAUTIFUL weather and were able to help the camp install 9 new doc golf holes earlier today. It took some major clearing out of densely wooded areas but the boys worked hard and were a real blessing to the staff.

Had a great troop meeting tonight, with a big finish of seeing the International Space Station pass overhead before closing with a group prayer time outside.

Enjoyed a Hit the Trail event tonight at the Greenville Pickens Speedway, seeing several short track races. This track dates back over 50 years, so it was cool for the boys to see a race there.
