How Do You Number Things Fast in AutoCAD?

Today I was working on a huge site plan, and I had to number a long row of parking spaces.
While I dropped a tiny label inside one stall, I remembered the little combo I always use to speed this up.

I used TCOUNT, and I paired it with another command so I could number everything in the exact order I wanted… without clicking one by one.
It always feels so good when the numbers fall perfectly into place.

This simple combo helps me:
✨ Move through big drawings fast
✨ Keep the numbering clean
✨ Avoid random numbers jumping everywhere

I use it for parking, rooms, windows… anything that needs “1, 2, 3, 4” in a real sequence.

I want to know… when you have to number many objects, how do you usually handle it?

What’s Your Favorite AutoCAD Shortcut?

I want to know… what is one AutoCAD shortcut you use all the time?

My favorite is CTRL + Q, and I use it many times every day.

I set it up to do three things at once:
✨ Zoom Extents in model space,
✨ Zoom Extents in paper space,
✨ Save and close the drawing

This little shortcut has saved me many times 😅
In my office, we must always zoom extents before we close a drawing. This shortcut helps me never forget.

If you want this shortcut too, I made an easy video that shows how to set it up here https://youtu.be/1b_cBefphAo?si=yR-rNMEIE1GprVq9

Tell me in the comments: What shortcut do YOU love?
