Perry Main Street Association works to foster a thriving downtown Perry and surrounding area through

Today, in addition to its core advocacy for downtown as a thriving civic space, the Perry Main Street Association serves the community in a broad range of ways. First and foremost, as a community planning advocate; but also as a fiscal sponsor for grants, manager of a GIVE PERRY local gift certificate program, the administrator of a downtown sign and facade grant program and backer of the Silver Lake Trail's annual Pieces of Perry: En Plein Air event.

🎨 See Perry through an artist’s eyes!

The Pieces of Perry En Plein Air Paint-Out is happening September 25–27, inviting artists of all experience levels to set up their easels throughout Perry and the surrounding area and capture the places, landscapes, and little details that make our community special.

Whether you’re an experienced artist or simply love to create, there are several ways to take part throughout the weekend, including the full Paint-Out, a plein air watercolor workshop with Sandra Tyler on Saturday, and a Quick Draw event on Sunday.

Even better — the artwork created throughout the weekend will become part of the Pieces of Perry exhibition at the Arts Council for Wyoming County, giving us a chance to see Perry captured from so many different perspectives.
