Raffle Terms & Conditions
- All proceeds benefit the Penfield Volunteer Fire Department.
- Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to purchase raffle chances.
- Members of the Penfield Volunteer Fire Department are eligible to purchase tickets, participate, and win.
- The winner must claim the prize within 45 days of the drawing date or the prize may be forfeited.
- The Penfield Volunteer Fire Department reserves the right to end, cancel, modify, or conclude the raffle early due to insufficient ticket sales or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, the department may either: refund all ticket purchasers, or conduct the drawing using the tickets sold at the time the raffle is closed.
- By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these terms and all applicable federal, state, and local charitable gaming laws.
- The Penfield Volunteer Fire Department reserves the right to verify eligibility, refuse ticket sales when permitted by law, and make final decisions regarding any raffle disputes. All decisions made by the department are final.
