Penfield Youth Wrestling Penfield Youth Wrestling is dedicated to introducing youth boys and girls to the sport of wrestling, developing skills, and building self confidence.

The Penfield Youth Wrestling Program is in affiliation with the Penfield Recreation Department. Whether your child is brand new to the sport or eager to improve their technique, this is a great opportunity to learn, stay fit, have opportunities to compete, and have fun with friends throughout the winter. PYW will run from November to March for the 2025 - 2026 season. Practices will be Tuesdays and

Thursdays from 6-7:30 PM, with a third optional practice on Fridays from 6-8 PM. Our practice sessions focus on introducing the sport of wrestling to all skill levels between the ages of 1st grade to 6th grade. There will be a heavy emphasis on character building and sportsmanship, in a positive and encouraging atmosphere. 🔴🦅⚫️ Penfield Youth Wrestling open mats will be on Wednesdays from 6-7:30 pm starting April 8th. All sessions will be run by PYW coaches! Registration information will be shared soon and this opportunity will be free for all that participated in our ‘25-‘26 season. Location for all sessions will be at the Penfield High School wrestling room. Enter the high school at Door 17 where a PYW coach will meet your athlete.
