In regards to the Blattner Brush Pit's new mandate, the CKFD Brush Trailer Service will follow suit and are not able to accept Pine Needles, Leaves, Large Logs over 36" or Stumps. Please read below for clarification from Chief Rhett Connolly. Thank you in advance for complying with Blattner's rules and helping to reduce fire fuels in the District. My son, husband and I made this for Robin and finally got it in the ground today at her favorite riding spot. She always commented on my flowers and we both share a great love for horses. I think she was smiling down on us today! I believe she put the sign on that tree a few years ago also.
