🔥 Meet our October workshop speaker: Kristie Poston Hayes

If you listened to the first episode of the Called to Rise Podcast, you already know Kristie’s story. A stranger placed a mustard seed in her hand during the darkest season of her life, and she carried it for seven years.

That seed became Mustard Seed Faith, then I Got a Seed, a subscription box now heading into its third year. Then women’s events. Then retreats. All because she kept saying yes to God, even when she didn’t know 250 women to fill a room.

On October 22, she’s teaching Called Into the Deep: what it looks like to follow God out of the shallow end and into the places that require real faith, in business and in life.

It’s here. 🎙️ The Called to Rise Podcast is officially LIVE!

I can’t believe I’m typing this. A year ago, I was saying no to God because I didn’t feel qualified, and today I’m sharing a podcast with you full of stories from Christian women building business God’s way.

Two episodes are out right now:

🎧 Episode 1: My story, how Called to Rise came to be, and the heart behind why I’m doing this

🎧 Episode 2: God Just Needs Your Yes with Kristie Hayes. Her mustard seed story will give you chills.

Here’s how you can help this message reach the woman who needs it:

1️⃣ Listen. Find us on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube.

2️⃣ Follow or subscribe so you never miss an episode.

3️⃣ Leave a rating or review. On Spotify and Apple, scroll to the bottom of the show page and tap the stars. On YouTube, leave a like and a comment.

4️⃣ Share it with a friend who needs to hear that she can build business God’s way.

Those first reviews and shares help new listeners find the show more than anything else. It takes less than a minute, and it means the world to me.

New episodes every other week. Revival spreads, one story at a time. 🔥

✨ OCTOBER WORKSHOP ANNOUNCEMENT ✨

What do you do when God calls you beyond the shoreline of what feels safe?

You’ve prayed. You’ve built. You’ve worked hard to be faithful with what He’s already placed in your hands.

And then… He asks you to go deeper.

Our October Called to Rise workshop is Called Into the Deep: Trusting God When He Calls You Beyond What Feels Safe with Kristie Poston Hayes

We’re talking about what it looks like to trust the boat He’s already given you, step out when you can’t see the whole plan, and surrender what’s in your hands when God is asking you to make room for what’s next.

Because sometimes obedience doesn’t look like having more certainty.

Sometimes it looks like saying, “God, I trust You enough to go deeper.”

I’ve been sitting on this one for a while, and I can’t hold it anymore.

The Called to Rise Podcast launches this October. 🎙️

When I surrendered my business to God in 2023, I didn’t have a lot of voices around me saying you can build something real and keep Jesus at the center.

I had hustle. I had strategy. I didn’t have sisters telling me obedience over hustle actually works.

This podcast is for the woman who needs to hear that.

Every other week, you’ll hear real, honest stories from Christian women building business God’s way: the wins, the surrender, the seasons where faith was all they had.

PRAYER IS YOUR BUSINESS STRATEGY 🤍

This is what we’re focusing on inside Called to Rise this May…

and if you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re constantly trying to figure everything out on your own—this is for you.

Because let’s be real…

Most women are building their business from pressure.

Trying to keep up.
Trying to stay consistent.
Trying to say the right thing.
Trying to make it all “work.”

And it’s exhausting.

This month, we’re doing it differently.

Inside Called to Rise, we’re walking through what it actually looks like to:

* pray over your business in a real, daily way
* hear God’s voice and trust His direction
* create a lifestyle of prayer (not just when things feel hard)
* build from obedience instead of overthinking

This isn’t about having perfect prayers.

This is about learning how to walk with God in your business so you’re not carrying it all alone anymore.

And when that shifts? Everything shifts.

If you’ve been craving more peace, more clarity, and a deeper connection with God in what you’re building…

this is your invitation.
