PHS Craft Fair is this Saturday and PPMC NEEDS student volunteers!

This event is one of the largest fundraising opportunities the Music Department has for the year. All tips and concession proceeds will go directly back to helping the music department and all its students.

Parents, please ask your students to sign up for a shift. If they can’t participate in the entire shift, they can leave a comment on their sign up indicating what time they can commit to.

The Annual PHS Craft Fair is only a couple weeks away (Saturday 11/7)!

This is one of the biggest fundraising opportunities for our Music Students. We are looking for both parent and student volunteers all day.

Please note: our needs are different than the sign up sent by Mr. Medina on behalf of the Booster Club.

Students Runners help vendors load in and out their goods for tips, which are pooled together for the music department. We also run a concession stand and coffee cart during the event.

Students will earn service hours for their time.

Students did an amazing job selling Perfect Pastries last month. They earned about $1200 more than last year! WOW!

Now we’re in need of parent volunteers this Thursday 10/15 for the sorting & distribution at order pick up.

We need assistance to make pick up a smooth success!

Eighth grade night at last night’s football game was a success! Students from our feeder schools, Winston Campus & Sundling Middle School, joined our PHS Band of Pirates on field to end the half time performance playing Bang on the Drum All Day.

Great job eighth graders! We look forward to you joining PHS Band next year!
