Another day, another update!!!

You will have FOOD!!!!! Ma’am’s Munchies will be onsite this weekend!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 So thankful!!

You will have a guest announcer this weekend Mr. Zac Morgan, and the OGs in the office Mrs. Jan Murphy & Mrs. Becky Marino will be holding down the fort so you’re in great hands!! 🙌🏻

Another day another update!!!!

Entries close TOMORROW AT 6:00pm!!

🍔Ashley and her incredible crew at P’s Que won’t be able to attend this weekend so PACK LOTS OF SNACKS!!! We will miss them so big!! But come prepared this weekend! I’ve contacted a food truck to see if they would sub, but haven’t heard back. 😬😬😬

We still have water all over the arena for horses etc. thanks to the incredible Sheila Babb & City of Paisley!!

PENS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE- apart from the pens at the end of the arena that is reserved for our stock & contractors 🥳🥳🥳

It’s a bittersweet thing to think this is our Final Final hoorah for the 2026 season but we can’t wait to see you all!!!

Calling all PYRA event planners!

Our PYRA Board has always done a wonderful job planning our year-end Awards Banquet, right down to the final detail. This year, we’d love to spread the load a little and call on our PYRA family to help!

We are looking for 3–5 volunteers to serve as our Awards Banquet Planning Committee and take the lead on coordinating this year’s celebration.

The committee will help with things like:
• Catering & mobile bar arrangements
• Decorations
• Communications & outreach
• Event coordination
• Organizing setup & takedown (with plenty of additional volunteer help when the time comes!)

And good news: prizes and awards are already covered by a separate committee! 🎉

We’re working toward a late-October celebration featuring a BBQ lunch, awards, and a potential fundraising roping involving small ungulates...and parents. Final event details are still being nailed down, so right now we’re simply looking for a few willing event planners who would enjoy helping us put together a fun day for our PYRA kids and families.

You don’t have to be a board member, just have to be willing to help make it happen!
