Perseverance furthers. This effort to preserve Honolulu Landing started decades ago and has finally been rewarded. People don't realize that those 365 acres held privately that comprise the total Honolulu ahupua'a with a A1a zoning (allows for subdivision of 1 acre lots) could have gone into development. Now the land will be kept open space in perpetuity and stewarded by lineal descendants.
