Behind the scenes, we've spent the last month preparing an incredible line up of late summer and fall trips to spend time outdoors with you all! Whether you want to camp, backpack, or look for birds, we've got an event for you!

In case you missed it, we’ve been branching out and making waves all across the bay so far this year! 🌊🌲 From watching elephant seals at Año Nuevo, tidepooling along the coast, catching wildflower blooms and searching for bats and bugs under the stars, to giving back to the land through our restoration projects, we’ve been busy building q***r community in the great outdoors. And while connecting with nature is sweet, doing it alongside chosen family makes it unforgettable.

Just a reminder, we've set a goal this Pride month to raise $1,000, which is the equivalent of hosting one Q***r CampOUT for 20 people. If our programs have brought you joy, community, or a breath of fresh air, please consider donating to help us continue to create connections and memories for more of our q***r family. Two events in one week?! No problem.

Last week we held two events exploring very different ecosystems at different times of day, one at sunset exploring the redwoods, and one in the morning capturing the foggy beauty of wetlands.

We couldn't do this without our partners and supporters! was a fantastic leader of our En Plein Air workshop and has been a huge supporter of our work.

We're so happy to celebrate pride outside this June and for the forseeable future!

If you’ve joined for our events or trips, you’ve seen that we prioritize a “pay what you can” model. It’s easy to say that, but it’s an active choice our organizers make over and over again.

As we celebrate pride month, we are setting a goal to raise $1,000, the equivalent of hosting one Q***r CampOUT for 20 people. While we’ll keep our trips low cost no matter what, but you can help us host more in the coming years!

POV: You walk down a trail and hear people freaking out about a plant called "most beautiful jewelflower".🌸🌼🎴

St Joseph's Hill is an absolute marvel of wildflowers! 🌈🌲We'd spend every day doing wildflower walkabouts if only we could. Cheers to many more!

If you've been to an event with us, you've probably heard some variation of the question, "if you were really really small, where around us would you live?"

We figured it out! Inside the wildflowers at Mori Point (like the bumblebees we founds sleeping in flowers)!!

HUGE thanks to for hosting us last week. It was a magical morning of collecting seeds, while staring at superblooms over the ocean. Unforgettable!
