Owego Kiwanis Aktion Club We meet on First Tuesdays of Each Month at 1:15PM-2:15PM at the Tioga County Boy's and Girl's Club on Erie Street in Owego, NY. Show up, join us!

This club is for adults ages 18 and older living with a disability.

Strawberry Festival. So exciting.
Owego Kiwanis Aktion Club will be in the parade Saturday morning. Meet in front of Coburn Free Library on Main Street by 9am Saturday morning. You may walk or ride. Parade starts at 930. See you there!
Meet back at library following end of parade.

Hi OWEGO KIWANIS AKTION CLUB MEMBERS!
We have our April mtg coming up Tuesday 1-230 at the Owego Boy's and Girl's Club on Erie Street.
We will have a guest speaker/ dancer joining us.
Tina Price is super excited to share her love of music and movement with us.
With her help and encouragement we hope to have a fun movement experience by combining all of our favorite moves. I asked those at the March mtg to come with 2-8 moves they love.
Mine is punch, punch, kick, kick, punch, punch, kick, kick.
Can't wait to see what my moves look like with yours!

18 and older living with a disability. We have our monthly mtg first Tuesday of each month and we encourage volunteering w club in our area when and where we can. We attempt to arrange social events as well.

FIRST TUESDAY AKTION CLUB MARCH MTG WAS A HIT!
Thank you, as always, to the TIOGA COUNTY BOY'S AND GIRL'S CLUB for being our host for our monthly meetings.
We all learned about a music movement FLASH MOB ACTIVITY we will participate in for our April mtg.
For our VOLUNTEER ACTIVITY, we made LUCKY SHAMROCKS for the residents at Riverview Nursing home in Owego.
We will be delivering a fun party basket for residents to enjoy!

FEBRUARY IS ALMOST HERE KIWANIS AKTION CLUB MEMBERS!

I will see you all at Tioga Boy' and Girl's Club on Tuesday 2/3 @ 1:15 for our monthly meeting.
Meeting will end promptly at 2:15.

President Brad Harris will run the meeting.
Kathy will provide Valentine Cookies.
Members should bring their own water bottles or drinks.

Matthew and Lyle will be activity leaders.
WE LOVE MUSIC is our February theme!
Bring any instrument or music on your phone that you love. Dancing and snacking encouraged!

Heads up for March!
March mtg will be 3/3 and our theme will be Hearts for Hospice. Kathy will provide crafting materials to help members make heart shaped door hangers for Mercy House.
