Overbrook PRIDE, Inc. We meet at city hall on the 3rd Saturday each month at 8am.

The Kansas PRIDE Program is a partnership of K-State Research and Extension, the Kansas Department of Commerce, and Kansas PRIDE, Inc. Kansas PRIDE is dedicated to serving communities across the state to encourage and assist local government and volunteers in making their community a better place to live and work. Through the PRIDE program, local communities identify what they would like to preser

ve, create, or improve for their future. Then, working with the resources of K-State Research & Extension and the Kansas Department of Commerce, community volunteers pull together to create their ideal community future.

Looking for an organization or group to manage the Kayak event at our rescheduled Fireworks event on Saturday Sept 5. from 5-8pm.
A group of 5-6 people is needed. Your group would receive all proceeds made from the event.

4th of July Fireworks Cancellation Notice
Due to current weather conditions, including the saturated ground and the potential for lightning in the area, the City of Overbrook and Overbrook Pride Inc. has made the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s Fourth of July fireworks display.
The safety of our volunteers, spectators, and pyrotechnics crew is our highest priority. These conditions create an unsafe environment for handling and launching fireworks, and we cannot risk the safety of those involved.
We know this is disappointing, and we appreciate your understanding as we make this decision with everyone’s well-being in mind.
We are currently exploring the possibility of rescheduling the fireworks display for Labor Day weekend. More to come.
We hope everyone has a safe and happy Independence Day. Thank you for your continued support of our community events.

The weather may have changed our plans, but it won’t dampen the patriotic spirit in Overbrook! 🇺🇸
Unfortunately, the bike parade has been canceled, but the hot dogs are ready to go!
Join us at the fairgrounds at 11:00 for FREE hot dogs, generously provided by Kansas State Bank. Ice Cream floats provide by overbook United Methodist church. We look forward to celebrating with you!
