UPDATE: The deadline for turning in the 2026 assistance form is Friday, November 13. Please get those forms in as soon as possible either filling it out online, or turning in the paper forms that are available at Christian Neighbors, and area churches.

Here is the online 2026 Assistance Form for those in the Otsego (Michigan) School District area. Paper forms are also available at Christian Neighbors, First Congregational Church of Otsego, Friendship Wesleyan, Pathfinder North-GMC, First Baptist of Otsego, and United Methodist of Otsego. All forms must be filled out and returned by November 14th.

SPREAD THE WORD…..the 2026 Assistance Forms will be available soon! We are working on updating and having the online forms available by September 14th. Paper forms will also be available by that date at Christian Neighbors, First Congregational Church of Otsego, Friendship Wesleyan, and United Methodist of Otsego.

Look for our table down at the pavilion for Otsego’s Hometown Christmas celebration this Saturday , December 6th, 4-7:30pm. We’ll be available to answer any questions about Otsego Christmas Ministry, taking new blanket/throws donations and also monetary donations for this year’s project! 😊🎄
