RIP Noah 🥺
We recently said goodbye to one of our hospice dogs, and his incredible fosters wrote him a beautiful tribute. Brace yourselves because it’s a tear jerker 😭💙
“We were told you only had a few weeks, maybe a month. In true Noah fashion, you had other plans. You gave us six precious months of love, companionship, joy, and memories that we will carry with us forever. Every extra day with you was a gift.
Our hearts ache knowing you’re gone, but we are so grateful for the time we shared. Being your family, even for a short while, was one of life’s greatest blessings. We only wish we had found you sooner, so we could have given you the love, comfort, and happiness you deserved from the very beginning.
You faced so much with a gentle spirit and a brave heart. And now, at last, you are free. Free from pain. Free from tumors. Free to run and play without limitations.
We’d like to think that Nahla was there waiting for you, tail wagging, ready to guide you across the Rainbow Bridge. The thought of the two of you together again brings a little comfort to a day filled with so much sadness.
Noah, thank you for trusting us with your heart. Thank you for every cuddle, every smile, every moment. You were the best boy, and you will always hold a special place in our family.
You may have only been with us for six months, but the love you gave and the space you filled in our lives will last forever.
Run free, big boy. You are deeply loved, endlessly missed, and never forgotten.”
It’s safe to say we are infinitely thankful to Jess, Devan and their family for taking this guy in and truly loving him like their own. It takes very special people to take in hospice fosters.
Run free with all the other Rascals in doggie heaven, Noah 💙🐾🙏🏼
