130 members came to Chicago for 2 days of meaningful connection and learning. The annual Educational Symposium showcases what it means when we can truly connect across industry silos and remain open to vulnerability.

🎤 Dr. Amber Selking taught us what it takes to lead with grace and grit.

💜 Kim Becking reminded us that WE ARE ALLOWED - allowed to be vulnerable, allowed to embrace change whatever the outcome, allowed to take a break from the hectic schedules we're all caught up in.

🚧 Courtney Clark showcased that detours don't always mean destruction. We have the resilience to keep moving - we just have to find the determination to persevere.

🏆 Individuals and companies came together to honor those making strides in our industry to create a culture of celebration for women.

Thank you to everyone who sponsored and attended the Symposium - this event (and RVWA) wouldn't be what it is without you!

As Brandy Droptiny said: "It's more than networking. It's about building friendships, supporting each other, sharing experiences, and creating opportunities to grow.
There's something truly special about being surrounded by women who genuinely want to see each other succeed."

We absolutely LOVE seeing our members come together and have some fun at our events and we can always count on Brandy's crew to do just that! Thanks for showing us that WE ARE ALLOWED to let our hair down and jam to Justin Bieber every now and then.

Whether it’s streamlining processes, driving results, or lifting up teammates, she consistently shows what leadership looks like.

We’re incredibly proud to have Ronnetha on our team, and we can’t wait to see everything she accomplishes next. Today we celebrate, and the future looks bright!
