Justice will be served. 12 years back inside, off the streets.
He admitted removing his anklet, and not returning.

Next Hearing 8/14. Still held without bond.

Next court hearing is set for
July 17 at 8:30 am, county circuit court in Goshen.
I will be sending a letter to the judge and prosecutor before then.
Case file shows that he plead not guilty and is hiring his own attorney. Still being held without Bond.

IMPORTANT !!
I have received a call from the SAVIN System infoming me that DANIEL SNEAD is in custody of Elkhart County.

I called the jail and verified they have him. Paperwork is still processing, but it seems it might be an unrelated situation, however it will still impact our case.

As I find out more details, I will post updates.

Directions to the Osceola Cemetery:
The cemetery is located by the RR tracks on the corner of CR20 (aka Mishawaka Road) and County Line Road (aka Ash Road). From US33 turn south over the tracks at county line. Daniel is located at the end of the entrance road in. Just look for the cement Bench.

DIRECTIONS to Pine Creek Cemetary:
Take the US20 Bypass East until it turns back into the original US20 near Elcona Country Club. On the south side of the road (right) you will see CR19 ( not left/north).Turn right on CR19 and the cemetary is on your left soon after you turn. David is in the back about in the middle.
