We are a foster-based, non-profit, all breed animal rescue Together we are saving hundreds of animal lives annually.

Half-Way Home Animal Rescue is a not-for-profit organization that is made up of a group of individuals and volunteers. Along with the support and donations from individuals, veterinarians, and others we strive for the rescue and humane care and treatment of the animals in our community, state and throughout our country. Ronald’s bill at Midwest is $3100 and he is now being transferred to Emergency Veterinary Care Centers in Highland. His fight is far from over and we cannot stop fighting for him! Please help!! ❤️

💔 RONALD NEEDS OUR HELP NOW! 💔

Ronald is just a puppy. He should be chasing toys, taking naps and discovering how wonderful life can be. Instead, he’s terribly sick with parvo, struggling through a battle he never should have had to face.

The family who “bought” him never vaccinated him or provided any veterinary care. Now they’ve relinquished him, and this little male pit mix is suffering with a fever over 104.5°, abnormal glucose levels, bloody diarrhea and vomiting.

He doesn’t understand why he feels so awful. He’s just a baby who needed someone to take care of him. 😢

His veterinary bill is expected to exceed $1,500 by this afternoon, and his care continues. We need your help to give Ronald the chance he deserves.

We can’t undo the care he went without. But we can show up for him now. We want him to know what it feels like to be healthy, safe and cherished—to have a whole life ahead of him. ❤️🐾

💔 They need somewhere to go. We need someone to say yes to fostering.

These dogs deserve a safe place to sleep, a gentle hand, and the chance to feel loved again. But with so many dogs needing help and too few foster homes to take them in, we can’t do it without you.

🐾 We provide all supplies and veterinary care.
🏡 You provide a safe home, patience, and love until they’re adopted.

You don’t need a perfect house or all the answers. Just a little room in your home—and your heart—for a dog who needs you.
