Congratulations to Orangeburg County First Steps Board Vice Chair, Dr. Pandora Ryant, on completing the United Way of the Midlands Blueprint for Leadership program!

Chairman Henry Miller and I had the pleasure of supporting Dr. Ryant as we attended the graduation ceremony and celebrated this important accomplishment alongside other community leaders committed to strengthening our region through service and leadership.

We are especially proud that Dr. Ryant now joins a growing group of OCFS Blueprint for Leadership alumni, including Dr. Teresa Jennings, Henry Miller, Sarah Hayes, and myself. This continued investment in leadership development reflects our commitment to building strong partnerships and creating lasting impact for children and families across Orangeburg County.
