Members of Oradell’s Environmental Committee helped to fill 28 bags of EPS (aka Styrofoam) this past Saturday! Thanks to Oradell DPW for running this recycling initiative with Ridgewood DPW and to our residents for recycling! EPS can take up to 30% of our landfill space. Great job team!!!

Plastic Bags and Film wanted ASAP! The Oradell Plastic Bag Program is wrapping up its current NexTrex challenge to collect and recycle 1000 lbs of plastic! For those who participate, get your plastic to one of our bins this week at DPW recycling center (next to clothing donation bin) or at back entrance of Boro Hall! We are coming in very close to the goal and can use all we can get! Thanks! The challenge will award a free Trex Bench to be used in town. Another challenge will come soon!
