Romeo looking so handsome. Romeo is disabled quaker parrot, his legs splay out and up! We make sure to accommodate to him with a special crash-proof setup. He's a sweet boy, but can be skittish at times. However, theres not a mean bone in his body, just a boy who is learning to love. Lets talk about Cockatoo's, Cockatiel's, and African Grey's!

Did you know? Cockatoo's, Cockatiel's, and African greys are MUCH dustier than other parrots! Due to this, its important they get frequent baths, frequent cleaning, and air purifiers in their space.

We love our feathered friends, but the dust they produce can become very dangerous if you have respiratory sensitivities. Frequent exposure can develop something called "Bird lung" which is a respitory condition which gets worse over time.

Similarly, their dust can even harm other birds in their vicinity.

We love our feathered friends and their health is priority. Despite their dust, we love our birds and their huge personalities all the same. Contact us and meet some of the birds here at the rescue!

Mercedes and Cherokee are a pair of Mexican Red-Headed amazons who have big personalities. They are sweet and love singing and eachother. These birds love hanging around and going on adventures! Hanging out with Cockatiels! Soarise (left) and Jerry (right) are two amazing sweet cockatiels looking for a home. They are both skittish, but have lots of promise to be very sweet birds with time and patience.

P.s. Although she's adorable, the bird on my head, Runa, is a personal bird and not avaliable for adoption.
