What a great night with MC-REIA! 🙌

A big thank-you to everyone who joined us, and a special thank-you to Andrea for an awesome presentation on self-storage and industrial flex.

We learned how these property types serve different needs, what drives demand, and how investors can look at value-add opportunities.

We appreciate everyone who came out, asked questions, and shared the evening with us. We’ll see you at the next MC-REIA meeting!
