• Competitive Salary Plan (Starting salary $64,287), Upon completing probation, officers receive a 6% wage increase.

• Recruiting Bonus- Eligible officers can be slotted higher in the salary plan based on experience or can get a one-time bonus at the discretion of the Chief of Police.
