This Sunday, April 12, we invite our East Metro Stars families to join us at the Tartan Blue Line Room for our 2026 EMS Board Election. This election cycle is critical to the future of East Metro, and nominations are now closed.

Each family registered for the 2025-2026 season and is in good standing, will receive one (1) ballot. This year’s election includes the following positions:

One (1) President
One (1) Secretary
Three (3) Directors at Large

There are seven nominees for the three Director at Large positions. Please visit https://www.emshockey.org/nominees to review the nominees’ bios.

Voting will take place this Sunday, April 12, between 5:00–6:00 pm in the Tartan Blue Line Room. Voting will close promptly at 6:00 pm, followed by the board meeting, during which election results will be shared.

Last day of our East Metro Stars Mite/8U jamboree. If you have not made it up to Tartan Arena, make sure you do so. We have a day full of hockey, chuck a ducks, EMS apparel and don't forget to buy some raffle tickets to have a chance at winning one of our AMAZING raffle baskets!!

No school tomorrow? Great, we have a place to be! Let's get out to Stillwater to CHEER LOUD for our East Metro Stars Bantam B1s as they face-off against Minnetonka in their first REGION playoff game!! GOOD LUCK STARS!!!

The 10U girls finished in 2nd place for the District 2 tournament! What a GREAT season this team had. Every tournament they were in, they were in the championship game, winning 1 of them and finishing 1st in regular season play in districts! Let's hear it for our only upper level girls team!!! GO 10Us, you made us all PROUD!!!

This coming weekend we will be celebrating our youngest STARS of the season with our Season End Jamboree at Tartan Arena! Make sure to get up to the rink to cheer these players on! So much hockey, so much fun!
